We are seeking a seasoned Lead Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-rise apartment projects valued at $100M in Miami, Florida. This individual will lead all field operations, ensuring schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance on complex, large-scale multifamily developments.

Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for high-rise apartment projects from site mobilization through final turnover.
Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractor trades across all phases of construction.
Drive the master schedule, ensuring milestones are met on a fast-paced, high-density project.
Enforce strict safety standards and maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Conduct daily site meetings, subcontractor coordination, and progress reporting.
Ensure all work meets contract documents, quality standards, and inspection requirements.
Partner closely with the Project Executive and Project Manager to resolve field issues and maintain budget and schedule alignment.
Profile
10 years of experience as a Superintendent with direct leadership on high-rise multifamily or apartment projects.
Proven experience delivering $100M high-rise construction projects in an urban environment.
Strong knowledge of concrete structure, vertical construction sequencing, and MEP coordination.
Demonstrated ability to lead large field teams and manage complex subcontractor scopes.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with South Florida building codes and Miami-Dade requirements preferred.
