Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction operations from preconstruction through project completion
- Manage project schedules and coordinate daily activities of subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure all work is executed safely and in accordance with project specifications
- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
- Oversee quality control and ensure projects meet client expectations
- Coordinate inspections, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Track project progress and proactively resolve field issues
- Utilize construction management software, including Procore and related project tools

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent should have:
- 5-10 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
- Experience managing projects valued up to $30M preferred
- Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred, including renovations and specialized medical spaces
- Experience overseeing active healthcare environments such as imaging, cancer treatment, pulmonary, or similar facilities is a plus
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Proficiency with Procore and standard construction technology platforms
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to commute to the Hartford, CT area and project sites throughout Connecticut
