Job Description
- Lead all day‑to‑day field operations on complex commercial projects.
- Drive site safety culture, enforce protocols, and lead toolbox talks and site inspections.
- Coordinate daily activities of subcontractors, sequencing, logistics, and manpower planning.
- Manage schedules, short‑interval look‑aheads, inspections, and close coordination with AHJs.
- Ensure QA/QC standards are executed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee site logistics, mobilization, deliveries, commissioning support, and closeout workflows.
- Collaborate closely with PMs and Operations leadership to keep work progressing efficiently.
- Maintain accurate site reports, field documentation, and digital records.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years of field supervision experience with a commercial GC.
- Proven track record leading $10M projects.
- Experience with ground‑up, large‑scale renovations, and logistics‑heavy or complex sequencing projects.
- Background in life science, manufacturing, or multifamily is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera/P6 or similar).
- Comfortable using digital field platforms for logs, photos, as‑builts, and documentation.
- BIM/VDC exposure is a plus, given the firm's integrated virtual construction approach.
- Strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and confidence managing multiple subs on fast‑moving sites.
- Base Salary: $140k-$200k
