Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through final closeout.
- Plan and manage daily work schedules, subcontractor coordination, manpower, and site logistics.
- Enforce safety standards, job hazard analysis, and OSHA compliance across the jobsite.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and scopes of work for accurate execution.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings, daily huddles, and progress updates.
- Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and sequencing of work.
- Maintain jobsite documentation including daily reports, photos, safety logs, and quality checklists.
- Oversee quality control, punch list execution, and project turnover.
- Serve as the primary field representative for owners, inspectors, and design partners.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field staff as projects scale and staffing expands.
The Successful Applicant
- 8-15 years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Proven success leading projects such as industrial facilities, medical buildings, warehouses, retail/commercial spaces, or institutional projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents with confidence.
- A strong safety‑first mindset and clean, organized jobsite standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Experience working on projects from ground‑up through closeout.
- Base Salary: $95,000 - $125,000
- Total Compensation (with bonus): $110,000 - $145,000
- Performance Bonus: 10-15%
- Vehicle / Allowance: $700 - $1,100 per month
