Job Description

• Lead on-site construction for a 324-unit garden-style project
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
• Drive project from early-stage construction through completion
• Ensure safety, quality, and budget targets are consistently met
• Coordinate with project management and ownership teams

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on multifamily builds
• Strong background in wood-frame or garden-style construction
• Track record of delivering projects start to finish
• Proficient in Procore or similar construction software
