Job Description
- Serve as the Lead Superintendent with full ownership of field operations.
- Run all daily and weekly meetings through Procore, including:
- Daily huddles
- Weekly subcontractor meetings
- Manage drawings and revisions directly in Procore, including:
- Active drawing sets
- Photo documentation tied to specific locations
- Progress tracking prior to punch phase
- Issue, track, and process subcontractor backcharges within Procore.
- Manage billing and invoicing of subcontractors directly through Procore.
- Perform real‑time budget updates in coordination with the PM team.
- Coordinate closely with a team of Project Managers splitting cost codes.
- Partner with another Superintendent onsite and additional senior leadership support.
- Maintain jobsite safety, quality, schedule, and cleanliness standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on Class A multifamily projects.
- Experience with high‑end amenities and complex site coordination strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage fast‑paced, high‑dollar projects.
- Extremely comfortable operating in Procore daily.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Customer‑focused and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Local to the Raleigh, NC area (required).
- Base Salary: Targeting $120K-$140K, flexible for the right candidate
