This opportunity is with a family‑owned general contractor based in North Carolina that has operated successfully for more than 20 years. The company is highly technology‑driven, with Procore at the core of all field and project operations, and is known for running lean, well‑supported projects. With a strong multifamily focus and continued growth, leadership is deeply involved in ensuring projects are properly staffed, supported, and positioned for success.

Job Description

• Serve as the Lead Superintendent with full ownership of field operations.
• Run all daily and weekly meetings through Procore, including:
• Daily huddles
• Weekly subcontractor meetings
• Manage drawings and revisions directly in Procore, including:
• Active drawing sets
• Photo documentation tied to specific locations
• Progress tracking prior to punch phase
• Issue, track, and process subcontractor backcharges within Procore.
• Manage billing and invoicing of subcontractors directly through Procore.
• Perform real‑time budget updates in coordination with the PM team.
• Coordinate closely with a team of Project Managers splitting cost codes.
• Partner with another Superintendent onsite and additional senior leadership support.
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality, schedule, and cleanliness standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on Class A multifamily projects.
• Experience with high‑end amenities and complex site coordination strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage fast‑paced, high‑dollar projects.
• Extremely comfortable operating in Procore daily.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer‑focused and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Local to the Raleigh, NC area (required).
