Job Description
Some Responsibilities of an Industrial Development Manager are:
- Oversight of consultants for survey, geotechnical review, environmental, legal, zoning, permitting, etc.
- Review survey / title information, easements, environmental data, zoning, governing agency requirements, utilities, etc.
- Create predevelopment cost budgets and schedules
- Oversee third-party preconstruction and design teams.
- Manage the schedule, cost, change order reviews.
- Review monthly development draws and submit with approval recommendations.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Industrial Development Manager Will Have
- A bachelor's degree in engineer, construction management, architecture, or real estate.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in commercial real estate OR 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on Industrial builds from cradle to grave.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be local to Minneapolis
- Competitive Base Salary (up to $175K depending on exp)
