Job Description
- Coordinate daily site activities and oversee subcontractor performance.
- Support project management tasks, including schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Help manage budgets, track progress, and report on cost and schedule impacts.
- Enforce safety, quality, and MDCPS standards across the project lifecycle.

- Experience in commercial construction (field or PM support); K‑12 a plus.
- Comfortable splitting time between on‑site supervision and office coordination.

- Ambitious, coachable, and interested in growing into a full PM/Super role.
- Compensation: $65K-$90K for junior candidates; $100K-$120K for PM‑level experience.
