Description
* Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality
* Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
* Partner with HR and leadership teams to streamline processes and improve reporting capabilities
* Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics
* Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support/training
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Assist with system audits, compliance reporting, and documentation
Profile
* 2-4 years of HRIS experience
* Proven HRIS implementation experience required
* Paycom implementation experience is highly preferred
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Advanced Excel and HR systems knowledge
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
