Client Details

The client is a major healthcare system focused on expanding and modernizing clinical spaces-including surgical suites, emergency departments, imaging areas, and inpatient units-to enhance patient outcomes and support advanced medical technologies.

Description

  • Lead construction of clinical environments such as ORs, ICUs, labs, and specialty care units
  • Oversee compliance with healthcare standards including ICRA, NFPA, FGI, and life‑safety codes
  • Plan detailed phasing to minimize impact on patient care and hospital operations
  • Coordinate with infection prevention teams to maintain strict containment protocols
  • Manage utility shutdowns, medical gas installations, and integration of clinical equipment
  • Work closely with clinicians, facility directors, and biomedical engineering departments
  • Conduct risk assessments tailored to patient‑occupied settings
  • Ensure all work supports accreditation requirements (e.g., Joint Commission readiness)
  • Deliver clear reporting on costs, milestones, and impacts to hospital departments

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:
