Job Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations from sitework through punch-out
• Manage subcontractors, site safety, and quality control
• Coordinate logistics and communicate progress with PMs and clients
• Maintain schedules, reporting, and documentation using construction software
• Represent the company professionally on active job sites

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Superintendent Should Have

• 5 years of superintendent experience with a GC
• Stable work history with 2-3 years per employer
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Proven sitework and utilities experience
• Professional, tech-comfortable, and client-facing
