This position is full-time on-site in the Paramus, NJ area. Candidates must go on-site five days a week.

You'll lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives across multiple regions, partnering closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of international talent markets and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent in industrial and manufacturing sectors.

The Global TA Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes across global markets. You'll also contribute to employer branding, optimize recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across all touchpoints.

This position is full-time on-site in the Paramus office.

Description

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet global hiring goals.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
