I am partnered with a $2.5B manufacturer that is publicly traded in Asia and is in the top of their competitors for the automotive parts they manufacture. The organization provides a stable and large scope opportunity for a growing, progressive Senior Financial Analyst ready for a step up in their career to Finance Manager.

Our client is looking for a hungry, driven Senior Financial Analyst that is ready for a step up to Finance Manager. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work for a multi-billion dollar, public traded organization and own the financials for a newly acquired business unit. You will be working cross-functionally with a finance team onsite, the supply chain and operations team, as well as the Finance team based in Canada.

Job Description

Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Owning annual budget, quarterly forecasting and long range planning for assigned business unit
• Intercompany transactions and supporting with month end close
• Developing/maintaining financial models and supporting on pricing, margin analysis, cost initiatives for newly acquired company
• Budget vs. actuals and identifying variances, trends, risks, etc.
• Support on volume forecasting, rebate programs
• Support the warehouse and supply chain teams on inventory planning and analysis
• Some international calls and meeting with upper level management

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of progressive finance/FP&A experience
• Manufacturing, or related industry experience
• Ability to operate in a billion dollar organization and partner cross-functionally with business units across the globe
