Job Description
- Serve as the primary support partner to a high‑performing attorney, handling complex scheduling, correspondence, and mission‑critical legal tasks with confidence and accuracy.
- Manage daily time entry in Aderant, maintain time records, and partner closely with billing to ensure timely invoices.
- Draft, polish, and finalize confidential legal documents and Probate Court filings while overseeing both eFiling and high‑volume document flow.
- Maintain fully organized physical and digital files, ensuring all client materials, communications, and court documents are easily accessible and impeccably up‑to‑date.
- Oversee daily operations, mail intake, photocopying, expense reporting, secure document distribution, while acting as the gatekeeper for the attorney's practice.

- Brings hands‑on experience supporting a busy, high‑volume legal practice and thrives in an environment where priorities shift quickly.
- Confident using the firm's preferred tech stack (iManage, Aderant, LexisNexis, and Chrome River) and eager to lean into new tools as needed.
