Description
- Act as a trusted partner to senior HR leaders and executive stakeholders
- Manage complex executive calendars, priorities, meetings, and travel
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, briefings, and communications
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverable to ensure accountability
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, expenses, and documentation
- Support executive visits, leadership meetings, and high-visibility projects
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events
- Plan and execute Town Halls, leadership meetings, and conferences
- Partner with HR teams on communications, on-boarding, and culture initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Facilities, and Operations
- Manage vendors, purchase orders, and office or event logistics
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive business and employee information
