Known for its craftsmanship, precision, and commitment to quality, the firm manages luxury build‑outs for top global brands and discerning clients. The firm is expanding its presence into the Florida market, with multifamily and retail projects in the pipeline.
Job Description
- Read blueprints and technical documents.
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time, materials and expenses.
- Evaluate the profitability and quality of a product and/or service.
- Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production time etc.
- Recommend cost-cutting methods to increase profitability.
- Ability to use computer software to prepare estimates and supporting documentation.
- Collect and evaluate subcontractor proposals.
- Participate in proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Evaluate contingency requirements.
- Communicate with other departments, engineers and project managers to resolve issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.

The Successful Applicant
A successful South FL Estimator should have:
- Bachelor's degree in construction related discipline
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Building Connected a plus
- Experience with Procore is a plus
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels, both internal and external
