Job Description
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project scope and budgets.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes to support cost estimates.
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure adherence to financial objectives.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and project costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction methods.
