Job Description
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and GMP estimates across multiple trades.
- Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analysis.
- Solicit and level subcontractor proposals.
- Identify scope gaps, risks, and value‑engineering opportunities.
- Support design reviews and advise on cost impacts.
- Collaborate with project management and field teams during project handoff.
The Successful Applicant
- 2-7 years of estimating experience, including work on complex or specialized building projects.
- Strong understanding of multi‑phase construction environments.
- Proficiency with estimating/takeoff software (Destini, OST, Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, etc.).
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple bids.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, accountable work style.
- Base salary from $110K
