Estimator - Large Scale Healthcare & Academic Projects

This Estimator role supports preconstruction for large scale healthcare, education, and public sector projects, preparing detailed estimates and collaborating with project teams from early planning through bid. Description

• Prepare detailed conceptual and hard bid estimates for large scale projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings and specifications
• Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Support preconstruction efforts, budgeting, and cost planning
• Participate in bid reviews, scope alignment, and value engineering
• Work closely with project managers and field teams
• Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• 6-12 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
• Experience with large scale projects, preferably 25M plus
• Background in healthcare, education, public, or infrastructure work
• Strong understanding of construction methods and cost structures
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work full time in office and collaborate with estimating team
