Job Description
- Prepare estimates for demolition, abatement, and sitework projects
- Perform takeoffs and review drawings and specifications
- Work closely with project teams and leadership on bid strategy
- Support project execution when needed, wearing multiple hats across estimating and operations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Utilize Procore for project and cost tracking
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in demolition, asbestos, environmental, or sitework preferred
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to take on a dynamic role
- Ability to work collaboratively with a small, hands on team
- Familiarity with Procore and other construction softwares
