Responsibilities

Job Description

• Perform pre‑ and post‑DFM analyses to enhance manufacturability, quality, cost, and reliability
• Develop and document robust manufacturing and rework processes
• Partner with Operations to improve yields, cycle times, and process efficiency
• Support quality initiatives, corrective actions, and root‑cause investigations
• Contribute to lean manufacturing and continuous‑improvement efforts
• Review and implement customer Engineering Change Orders
• Provide technical support to customer‑facing teams
• Assist with MRB processes and non‑conforming material disposition
• Conduct equipment evaluations and support capacity planning
• Maintain ESD compliance and accuracy of work‑in‑process
• Participate in training and cross‑functional engineering initiatives
• Occasional travel to customer or supplier sites

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's in Engineering or 10-15 years equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in assembly‑focused manufacturing engineering (electronic or electromechanical preferred)
• Skilled in process development, statistical methods, and root‑cause analysis
• Familiarity with engineering documentation, drawings, and schematics
• Experience using engineering/production software tools and ERP systems
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Continuous‑improvement mindset; Six Sigma or PMP a plus
• Must meet U.S. Person requirements due to regulated technical data
