Job Description
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will support senior project leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality execution of complex electrical scopes on mission‑critical builds. You will oversee trade partners, drive schedule adherence, and ensure exceptional installation standards.
- Manage performance of electrical subcontractors across large, complex projects
- Develop, maintain, and track CPM schedules
- Oversee general construction activities, budgets, and site‑specific safety programs
- Review drawings, interpret design documents, and manage shop drawings
- Support procurement processes and align materials with project timelines
- Establish, monitor, and enforce quality-control protocols
- Apply value‑engineering principles to drive efficiency and mitigate risk

The Successful Applicant
For The Electrical Superintendent Role We Are Seeking
- 5 years' experience in mission‑critical or high‑voltage electrical construction
- Background in data centers, oil and gas, semiconductor, or life sciences projects
- Post‑secondary education in construction or electrical fields (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of BIM or CAD workflows and current building codes
- Experience with MS Project scheduling
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and influence diverse site teams
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass all pre‑employment screenings
- Candidates with a Master Electrician background from subcontractors who want to step into GC delivery are welcome
- Base salary up to $130,000 $170,000 (higher for exceptional talent)
- 10 days on / 4 days off rotational travel schedule
