Job Description
- Lead and maintain compliance with OSHA and all applicable local, state and federal environmental regulations
- Act as the site authority on EHS standards, policies and best practices
- Drive behaviour-based safety initiatives with a goal of zero incidents
- Implement and manage environmental compliance systems to ensure 100% adherence
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead EHS audits, inspections and corrective action plans across the site
- Build strong relationships with local regulatory bodies and emergency responders
- Own all internal and external EHS reporting and permitting requirements
- Analyse incidents, near misses and health risks to prevent recurrence
- Support site leadership in embedding EHS into operational strategy and culture

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
- 5-10 years' experience in an EHS leadership role within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience in a union environment highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
- Proven experience driving safety culture and organisational change
- Confident communicator able to influence at all levels of the business
- Ability to travel to both MA sites on a weekly basis
- Visible leadership role with real impact across multiple sites
