They are looking for a supply chain and procurement professional with a background and knowledge in the aerospace field.
Job Description
- Lead all aspects of sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory management, supplier quality, delivery assurance, logistics, and material availability.
- Develop long-term supply chain strategies.
- Support daily manufacturing operations.
- Lead supplier development initiatives and strategic sourcing programs.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to improve supplier quality performance.
The Successful Applicant
- Essential: leadership experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing.
- Desirable: outside processing and coordination.
- Desirable: degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
- Strong ERP/MRP experience.
- $140,000 - $160,000 dependent on experience.
- On site 4 days a week with 1 day working from home.
- Based in Windsor, CT.
- Help build the supply chain and procurement division from the ground up.
