Job Description
- Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Oversee manufacturing operations including production, quality, supply chain, and workforce development
- Establish and track KPIs (efficiency, quality, performance) to drive data-driven improvements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational protocols
- Mentor and develop operations leadership teams to drive accountability and performance
- Manage operational budgets and cost efficiency initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7-10 years of manufacturing leadership experience, ideally in metal stamping or similar environments
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and Lean/Six Sigma
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
