Job Description

• Manage all phases of a $60-70M ground-up construction project
• Control budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
• Coordinate with ownership, consultants, and field teams throughout delivery
• Lead procurement, contract administration, and risk management activities
• Ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are achieved on schedule

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ground-up projects of $50M
• Background in education, healthcare, or institutional construction
• Tilt-wall construction experience required
• Local knowledge of the Miami-Dade market preferred
