Job Description
- Lead the execution of data migration activities, including master, reference, transactional, and inventory data, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all migration stages
- Design and manage migration cycles such as mock loads, conference room pilots (CRPs), dress rehearsals, and final cutover activities
- Coordinate and validate inventory data across integrated systems, ensuring accurate synchronization of quantities, locations, batches, and valuation
- Manage migration governance using Azure DevOps, including tracking tasks, defects, validations, and business sign-offs, while providing progress reporting and dashboards

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end data migrations from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain data structures, including stock quantities, locations, batch management, and valuation principles
- Hands-on experience with D365 Data Management Framework (DMF/DIXF) and strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business SMEs and data owners, to support data cleansing, validation, and sign-off
