Job Description
- Oversee all phases of custom home construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment with plans and expectations.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues or delays in a timely manner.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and report on project performance and outcomes.
