Description

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end corporate actions process, including dividends, mergers, and stock splits.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all corporate action events in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues related to corporate actions with internal teams and external parties.
• Maintain up-to-date records of corporate actions and ensure data integrity in the system.
• Provide support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Conduct periodic reviews to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting corporate actions processes.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits as needed.
