Profile
A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
- B.S. Degree
- 8 years of experience working in Manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in Engineering & Manufacturing within the Business Services industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process improvement.
