We are seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and execute process enhancement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency and fostering innovation within the manufacturing industry.

Description

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering & Manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze current workflows to identify areas for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Profile

A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:

  • B.S. Degree
  • 8 years of experience working in Manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in Engineering & Manufacturing within the Business Services industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process improvement.
