Description
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
- 5 years of construction experience specifically overseeing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong tenure with excellent track record
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
