Our client is a a full-service general contractor established in the 40's and headquartered in the Columbus, OH area. Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of warehouse construction projects in Dublin, OH.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress and address any construction-related issues promptly.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers and team members.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8-10 years of construction field experience, with at least 5 years as Superintendent or similar leadership role.
- Proven experience managing warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or large industrial-type construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of general contracting processes, self-performing trades (preferred), and heavy logistics.
- Excellent scheduling sense: ability to read critical path, adjust field execution, and communicate changes effectively.
- Cost-conscious mindset, with ability to manage job cost data, subcontractor performance, change orders, and productivity.
- Commitment to safety: OSHA certifications (30-hour preferred), ability to lead toolbox talks, enforce jobsite safety standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: client-facing, strong communicator both verbally and in writing, able to build trust with subcontractors and project partners.
- Working knowledge of construction software tools (Procore, MS Project, etc) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites throughout the Columbus region.
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000 USD annually.
