Description

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site logistics to maintain smooth workflow.
• Conduct inspections, resolve on-site issues, and enforce compliance with building codes.
• Communicate progress and challenges to Project Managers and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior fit-out projects.
