Job Description
- Manage all field operations, including labor, equipment, subcontractors, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop and maintain cost‑loaded schedules, including 3‑week look‑aheads and weekly production tracking.
- Lead OAC meetings, coordinate site utilities and civil scopes, and identify/mitigate project risks.
- Oversee safety and quality planning, punch‑list execution, and project close‑out.
- Support cost forecasting, change order estimating, daily logs, materials receipt, and monthly billings.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent Should Have
- 3 years as a Superintendent delivering $10M commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in healthcare, education, or water/wastewater construction.
- Strong scheduling skills and comfort leading OAC and field coordination meetings.
- Background managing site work, utilities, and multi‑crew field teams.
- Proactive collaborator with strong work ethic and ability to foresee challenges.
