Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects for academic and higher education facilities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Foster a positive team environment and ensure clear communication across all project teams.
