Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide project execution.
• Oversee material procurement and inventory management for assigned projects.
• Resolve any construction-related challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
