Job Description
The Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end construction execution for projects up to $100M
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts
- Oversee preconstruction, procurement, and contract negotiations
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life-cycle
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate
- 10 years of construction ground up project management experience
- 2 years preferred as a Senior Construction Project Manager
- Proven background in healthcare, or municipal construction.
- Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Effective communicator with a proactive and solutions‑driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across the Southeast.
- Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide field teams and maintain project momentum.
