Description
- Manage full project lifecycle across municipal, retail, hospitality, education, and office‑based construction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting.
- Lead subcontractor coordination, RFI/CO processes, and progress meetings.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support preconstruction activities when needed (estimating, buyout, planning).
Profile
- Experience managing commercial construction projects within the sectors listed.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Experience with construction management software is preferred.
