Construction Project Manager II - Nashville, Tennessee

The Project Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial builds including municipal, retail, hospitality, education, and office space projects. This individual will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budget, schedule, client relationships, and subcontractor performance.

Description

• Manage full project lifecycle across municipal, retail, hospitality, education, and office‑based construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting.
• Lead subcontractor coordination, RFI/CO processes, and progress meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support preconstruction activities when needed (estimating, buyout, planning).

Profile

• Experience managing commercial construction projects within the sectors listed.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Experience with construction management software is preferred.
