The Project Manager will take full responsibility for assigned construction projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. This role offers genuine ownership of projects, close collaboration with field teams, and regular interaction with clients and stakeholders.

Description

• Manage projects from kickoff to completion
• Control schedules, budgets, and cost reporting
• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Lead project meetings and client communication
• Manage change orders and project documentation
• Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance

Profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong understanding of project controls and field operations
• Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
