Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements and expectations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Identify and address project challenges, ensuring timely resolution to avoid delays.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and maintained properly.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and maintain high levels of performance.
Profile
