Job Description

Construction Estimator (Commercial) - Maspeth, NY

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed construction estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Lead RFP and bidding processes, including scope reviews and bid leveling.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and design teams to support project planning.
• Contribute to project budgeting, value engineering, and cost analyses.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stay updated on Manhattan construction market pricing.
