Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors to meet quality and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial parameters.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with plans and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
