Job Description

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent capacity.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety.
• Experience managing multiple trades and maintaining project schedules.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Southeastern United States.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Wood-frame construction experience is a plus.
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use construction is beneficial.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Commercial Superintendent Should Have

• Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast.
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, and construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address construction challenges.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Oversee projects from initial mobilization through final completion and closeout.
