Description

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:
