Description
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Act as the SME for commercial lending processes across deals, facilities, drawdowns, payments, fees, and pricing.
- Query and validate data in the Loan IQ database using SQL to troubleshoot issues and confirm system behavior.
- Design and support data mappings, integrations, and event-driven data flows with engineering and data architecture teams.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities including SIT and UAT, ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Profile
- 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Finastra Fusion Loan IQ and its underlying data model.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience querying relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Databricks, Snowflake).
- Deep knowledge of corporate lending, syndicated loans, and related lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical and data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
