Job Description
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and supervise field personnel
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure quality standards and timelines are met
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and submit project progress reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers
- Monitor budget and ensure resources are used efficiently
- Plan and schedule the construction project in logical steps

The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience as a superintendent on commercial projects estimated $20M
- A strong understanding of the construction industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel over night to upcoming project (all projects will be local to the Savannah area post this project)
- Salary dependent on experience
