Job Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to maintain clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues during project execution.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and permits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
