Job Description

• Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's information assets.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on operations.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on best practices for cybersecurity.
• Assist in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Evaluate and implement security tools and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations to improve cybersecurity measures.

The Successful Applicant

• Must have experience with Azure and MS365.
• Must be coming from a background in financial services or other highly regulated industry.
• A strong background in cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and implementing security measures in line with industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training on cybersecurity practices.
• A relevant degree in technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
