Assistant Superintendent

Description

• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations for multi-family projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections and address issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and building codes.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in site meetings and provide updates on progress and potential risks.

Profile

• 2 years of experience in multi-family construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
