Description
- Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations for multi-family projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections and address issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and building codes.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in site meetings and provide updates on progress and potential risks.
Profile
- 2 years of experience in multi-family construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
