Job Description
- Help support the Superintendent on large scale proejcts, as well as be exposed to running your own work within the $1-5M mark
- Manage RFIs, Submittals, and Document control throguh the project lifecycle
- Maintain and update the project schedule and coordinate subcontractors
- Assit with owner, PM, and Superintendent in meetings
- Work directly with leadership to gain hands on experience on what its like to run your own work from start to finish
The Successful Applicant
- 1-3 years of general construction experience
- Medical, Commercial, Municipal, Multifamily, K-12 groundup/renovation experience
- Familiarity with construction software
- Family and Team oriented
- Wanting to be part of one of the top GCs in Indy and eventually grow into leading your own projects in the field
- Base Salary up to $95K
- Car allowance ($750/mo)
