Job Description

• Help support the Superintendent on large scale proejcts, as well as be exposed to running your own work within the $1-5M mark
• Manage RFIs, Submittals, and Document control throguh the project lifecycle
• Maintain and update the project schedule and coordinate subcontractors
• Assit with owner, PM, and Superintendent in meetings
• Work directly with leadership to gain hands on experience on what its like to run your own work from start to finish

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of general construction experience
• Medical, Commercial, Municipal, Multifamily, K-12 groundup/renovation experience
• Familiarity with construction software
• Family and Team oriented
• Wanting to be part of one of the top GCs in Indy and eventually grow into leading your own projects in the field
