Job Description

• Assist the Superintendent with daily on-site operations and coordination
• Support the management of subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and support OSHA compliance initiatives
• Participate in weekly site meetings and progress reporting
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities
• Maintain accurate project documentation and site records

The Successful Applicant

• 2-5 years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Experience supporting ground-up or large-scale residential projects preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site coordination
• Knowledge of jobsite safety protocols (OSHA certification or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into a Superintendent role
